常念伟，回族，医学博士，讲师。毕业于威尼斯人app中医药大学大学，中药学博士学位，现任威尼斯人app药理教研室专任教师。

主要从事治疗心脑血管系统中药毒/效物质基础及机制研究。担任威尼斯人app市药理学会青年委员。主讲《威尼斯人app》《威尼斯人app下载》《威尼斯人app》等课程。主持威尼斯人app市教委课题1项，横向课题1项。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文6篇，其中SCI收录论文5篇。参编著作3部。作为主要发明人申请专利1项。
